Minimum Qualifications for all positions:

•At least 18 years old

•Possess current Arizona Driver’s License, good driving record, auto registration and car insurance

•Be able to obtain CPR, First Aid and Article 9 certifications

•Clear criminal history check and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card

•1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or childcare, social work, education or caregiving experience.

Current Openings

As a Direct Support Provider (DSP) you will:

Provide opportunities for members to participate in outings in the community including the movies, museums, parks, shopping and more.
Facilitate on site group activities like cooking, arts, music, and gardening.
Encourage social interaction and peer relationships.
Assist members with daily care tasks and pre-job training skills.

Program hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

DSP - Day Program Positions

Part Time Driver

Transportation hours are 6:15a – 7:30a AND 3:30p – 4:45p

Monday through Friday.

Part-Time positions

DSP- Home/ Community

Provide direct care, support or training to members in their home or in the community. Focus is on communication, independence, life skills and leisure activities. Services are scheduled with the member and family.
