I am excited to begin my fourth summer working at BMDP. I look forward to meeting new campers as well as catching up with the campers from previous years.
I truly enjoy working with each camper to help them to discover their full potential and to work on important life skills in groups and in the community.
Outside of working at summer camp I am a licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant. I love to help children develop their communication and language skills.
Most of my hobbies revolve around my two teenage boys. I love watching their sports and band shows. We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and camping. I have also been a registered leader with the Boy Scouts for 10 years and I am currently the committee chair for a local Boy Scout troop. When I am not hanging out with the boys I enjoy sitting down with a good book or running/biking with my friends.

I am currently working toward my associates in Early Childhood development and Special Education at Rio Salado College. During the school year, I work at a local elementary school as a SPED Paraprofessional.
On my down time I enjoy drawing, painting, and playing volleyball.
Not only do I look forward to gaining a lot of experience while working the summer camp, I also look forward to the excitement and enjoyment on each child’s face as they work through and accomplish each task put in front of them.
